LONDON, England (Reuters) -- Two people have been arrested and cautioned for using someone else's wireless Internet connection without permission, known as "piggy-backing," police said on Wednesday.

now I know when I leave the keys in my car with the engine running, it's still not supposed to get stolen, but I I'm sure I'd have a tough time explaining that to the police...
