    I knew about XiphQT, but it only supported FLAC with OGG, or something - not really FLAC.

    Alternatively, Cog is an excellent bare-bones iTunes replacement, that handles tons of formats. Or, you can convert the FLAC to MP3, using Max (that's what I do - then store the FLAC away for the future).
