i've lived in so many condos/apartments like that. it's the kind of place that the company rents for travelling nurses.

shoddy shiny and sure to last 10 years.

i hate this damn nido company... their one in kings cross is an overpriced ugly piece of shit, over 200 quid a week for it...for 15sqm... not exactly student prices really. Saw the construction of it and it redefined what i thought cheap was. they've still got ply panels on some parts.

its also going to be filled up with rich foreign females (90% of nido flats fit this demographic)
  3.
It's the same in Scotland. The student residencies for Abertay, and working class Uni (basicaly not Oxford, Cambridge or St Andrews) the minimum rent is £240 pcm. Even working full time I couldn't afford that! And it's basically a bed in a study. Pieces of crap.

Worst thing is, apparently if you stay there you start moving like a robot!! :surprised:

£240 pcm doesnt sound bad at all its £240 pw which was a bit beyond the pale. apparently you can take a disabled accessible flat for £350 if you aren't disabled but want the extra room

who has £12,500 for rent as a student?
