i hope you all comforted each other well, urban.
it's still morning for another 18 minutes.
the sun is intense today. there's scattered clouds up there, but the moisture seems to be totally sucked out of the air. i just laundered all the sheets in this house (there are MANY) and they're laying out on the grassy part of the neighbour's field, soaking up the heat. it's quite a sight, with the grasses and wildflowers shouldering their way up through the gaps.
my first visitors today were 3 sets of twins. 2 brothers partnered with 2 sisters, and the twin offspring of one pair.
the baby twins still have their spots.

Ohhhhh suicide...but I was gonna say...last year when my brother Fred died too soon there were a LOT of folks there..he was well-loved too, urban,like your friend...but Fred's was Cancer...not suicide...that comes with a whole other set of emotions...

yeah, urban. i know about that anger. it never really dissociates (for me) from the memory of the person. i really am sorry you lost a friend so tragically. at least, by attending the funeral, you got to support others in their grief and anger, and possibly got a chance to express your own feelings.
