    So I thought lastminute.com would be a good place to start looking for a cheap flight from East Midlands to Dublin.

    i remember getting a swansea - dublin return flight for £3.99 a few years back. that wont happen again, eh? :D

    Ha ha, the airlines are in denial right now. Fuel costs rise, they put the fares up... then wonder why they don't have any customers

    We just checked out prices for London Heathrow to Singapore in October with Singapore Airlines £740 per adult, £550 for our two and a half year old daughter and £65 for our one year old son.

    Those fares are the most expensive they've been for 8 years (at least as expensive as when I went out to S'pore for Millennium New Year). Sucks.
