    i think you might be referring to my use of that phrase: a phrase that's used politely on departure when you're miffed with someone. it has absolutely nothing to do with mental health. it's just a polite... leavetaking with a minimal good wish. it's a normal phrase. used daily.

    i use it on the phone a lot, with telephone solicitors.

    if i'm mistaken as to your reference, then.. carry on, and do be well.

    What is it? A mate of mine works in Diverse Records in Newport and regularly puts on events around Cardiff and Newport (Hot Burrito, Joy etc). I wonder if he's got anything cooking that week too.
