    swan is too tough to eat, here, unless you hang it for several days. it's like chewing leather, otherwise. i'm not fond of green swan. :p

    nicko has tender swans, i'm sure. :)

    swans are just big birds; they get hunted when they're in season. there's no limit on seagulls, sunk, but the saucing is very tricky. you have to know just when to add the dogshit and mashed frenchfries.

    i really like hearing what different people are eating. :) it gives me ideas; i tend to get in a rut.

    sandwich here, too. cold steamed beet greens mashed flat slathered with creamy horseradish and topped with chopped raw cabbage.

    i'm very hungover today and afraid to put anything into my belly. i think i can hear the beer from the night before sloshing around in there everytime i move. ugh! i'm useless today.

    any hangover lunch tips?

    a quickie would be a bacon sarnie. bacon and egg sarnie also good, make sure you add some hot sauce to the egg. wash it does with a bloody mary.
