any reason why the 'mark of the web' techinique would not work on some html files i've been trying on localhost today?

all went fine on my ie6 and ie7(standalone) running on (2fast)xp through parallels, but my boss had active content blocked warnings (xp / ie7).

just wondering if anyone knew of a simple reason why it wouldn't work on one machine whilst it works on another. my browsers are older versions than his, so would ms have blocked this technique from being used?

(html pages with a bit of flash (for flv) and the AC.js stuff that flash chucks out)

    tia :)

ok, it's possible. i'm pretty sure we didn't have this problem when working with web based files on his machine, but i guess that this is slightly different. and i was kinda hoping that he'd have left the zone security as default, but i should have checked that doh.
