    In the picture you can see how the Ecofont is created by omitting parts of the letter. At the displayed size, this is obviously not very nice, but in a normal font size it is actually very usable. The results of course vary depending on your software and the quality of your computerscreen. The Ecofonts works best for OpenOffice, AppleWorks and MS Office 2007. Printing with a laser printer will give the best printing results.

    they say that ecofont can reduce ink useage by about 20%.

    i checked it out; it prints and looks fine using an inkjet printer.

    this one's not bad.

    SMeltery has a bunch of ho-hum free fonts, but

    Megalopolis-extra is not only fairly pleasing to my eye, it also has many many "specialty" glyphs.

    check out the pdf and see what's there.

    if you like it, download Megalopolis-extra_OT font.
