i like the case study approach because it can detail your involvement in the projects. i can't tell you how many times i would see work from prospects that they had limited involvement on stuff they were showing. i like to be upfront and honest with everything i do and show. if i can't do something, i'll tell them i can't but am willing to learn (if i honestly am interested. if i'm not, i'll just say i'm familiar with it but it's not my strong suit).
i hope that helped you a little. btw...i'd love to see your stuff, so if you feel up to sharing, i'd love to see it. also, i'm sure you heard this a million x's but i'll show you mine if you show me yours...
