    city scape blackout blind

Better View [ from sauma ] is a blackout roller curtain. Light seeps in through a perforated city view. Currently available are views Shinjuku, Tokyo and Kallio, Helsinki. Each piece is custom made by hand.

nice to see 2 electric lamps, and a tv on the edge of the platform too, just incase you're feeling suicidal over the decor...

    enlightenment

There are a lot of books about the Enlightenment, but none of them actually provide light. Studiomeiboom has combined this idea into a lamp which is in the form of a book. Not a heavy book, a light book.

wallmonsters surely add to a good sleeping atmosphere, right?

well guess if you cant sleep in that design-nightmare you could allways hire someone for doing
    some "gymnastics" at the pole.

Yeah... I guess I was trying to illustrate a point. I know an architect that specified those stairs for his own home and regretted the decision almost immediately.

His parents couldn't use the top floor spare room of his house because the stairs were too difficult to ascend descend, day or night, pissed or sober.

    So yeah.
