I've walked right next to the wooden horse on Park Avenue! ;-)

    Love the huge LOG sculpture.

    Humankind amazes me sometimes.

CREATIVITY is truly one of the best things about us.

    (urm...GOVERNMENT is NOT)

I finally remembered the sculptress's name who made the cube pieces that i was reminded of in the interior accessories thread [ the concrete and re-bar chair ] and wanted to post something of hers in here - and now I can't find any images! her name is Jackie Windsor, if anyone finds anything, drop a note here huh? it was a great show at the Rose Museum here in massachusetts..... anyway... yeah, i know, this would be better with pictures.....

In Paris there is a copper man emerging from a wall...if I ever find that one I'll post it. I forget what street it was on.

    giant bucket and spade
giant deck chair and inflateable duck ring
    six mega-reproductions of beach equipment
have appeared on the spiaggia in Rimini. A huge red bucket, two giant-sized lounge chairs (one with umbrella), a paddleboat fit for Neptune, and a massive kids’ float toy are attracting a great deal of attention from vacationers in the area.
